All orders require processing before shipment. Processing time applies regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout:
• Ready to Ship Items: 1–3 business days processing
• Pre-Order Items: Approximately 7–10 business days processing
• Custom Items: Approximately 4–6 weeks processing

Does processing include weekends and holidays?
No. Processing times are based on business days only and do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
After processing, for ready to ship items standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. For custom orders, shipping takes 4-6 weeks. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery status. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Do my orders require a signature confirmation?
Most orders do not require a signature upon delivery. However, signature confirmation may be required for select high-value orders to ensure safe delivery.
There is a delay with my shipment.
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact the carrier directly. If you need additional assistance, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
My package shows an attempted delivery. How can I retrieve it?
Please contact the shipping carrier directly or visit your local post office with your tracking number. In many cases, carriers will attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup.
Cancellations and Returns
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
Due to our fast processing times, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed. Please carefully review your order, shipping address, and item selections before completing checkout.
Can I exchange my items?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. All sales are final.
Can I return an item?
No. We do not accept returns. All purchases made through IT GIRL Kollection are final sale

Will the metal or finish tarnish over time? If so, how can I prevent it?
Over time, some metals, including brass, may naturally tarnish due to exposure to air, moisture, perfumes, lotions, and other environmental factors. To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in a cool, dry place and avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Gently clean your pieces with a soft cloth as needed.
Which jewelry is considered waterproof?
Jewelry made from stainless steel is generally more water-resistant than other materials. However, to preserve the beauty and longevity of all jewelry, we recommend removing pieces before swimming, showering, exercising, or exposing them to chemicals.
Which metals are considered safe for sensitive skin?
Stainless steel is generally considered the best option for sensitive skin. While many customers comfortably wear our brass pieces, those with metal sensitivities may prefer stainless steel styles for everyday wear.
