Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Return to Sender Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package:

• The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

• If reshipment is declined, store credit may be issued at our discretion, excluding original shipping costs.
